These Terms & Conditions govern all photography services provided by Womb to World Photography (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a session or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A session is considered booked only after confirmation and receipt of the required deposit (if applicable).

  • Birth photography availability is limited each month and booked on a first-come basis.

  • Dates are not guaranteed until booking is confirmed.

2. Birth Photography Coverage

  • Birth photography clients are placed on on-call status from 38 to 42 weeks.

  • Coverage includes hospital, home, and water births as agreed.

  • In rare cases beyond our control (medical emergencies, restricted access, or safety concerns), coverage may be limited or rescheduled.

3. Session Experience

  • All sessions are conducted in a calm, respectful, and non-intrusive manner.

  • Client comfort, consent, and safety are always prioritized.

  • We do not guarantee specific poses, moments, or expressions, as our work is documentary and lifestyle-focused.

4. Image Delivery

  • All images are professionally edited and delivered via a secure online gallery.

  • RAW files are not provided.

  • Editing style is consistent with our portfolio and artistic approach.

  • Gallery delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will retain the agreed pricing.

  • Full payment must be completed as per the booking agreement.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Greater Toronto Area.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • In the event of photographer unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded or sessions rescheduled.

7. Image Usage & Copyright

  • Womb to World Photography retains copyright of all images.

  • Clients are granted personal usage rights for sharing and printing.

  • Images may be used for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes only with client consent.

  • Commercial use of images requires written permission.

8. Liability

  • We take utmost care during sessions; however, we are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage during sessions beyond our control.

  • Clients agree to release Womb to World Photography from liability related to personal belongings or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Website Use

  • Content on this website, including images and text, may not be copied or used without permission.

  • Website use must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
